The Project
Dripping Springs ISD serves one of the fastest-growing communities in the Hill Country, and its campuses are the physical face of the district to the families it serves. Exterior appearance isn’t vanity for a school — clean buildings, streak-free windows, and safe, uniform sidewalks are part of how a district signals that it takes care of what taxpayers funded.
The district needed exterior cleaning across multiple buildings: building washing to remove algae, dirt, and weathering from facades; window cleaning across large glass expanses; and sidewalk and flatwork cleaning to remove staining, gum, and organic buildup from the walkways students use every day. As a Dripping Springs business ourselves, this was work in our own community — which meant getting it right mattered on more than one level.

The project demonstrated Live Oak’s ability to coordinate multi-building exterior work for a public institution and hold a uniform standard across an entire district. It’s the kind of scope that separates a genuine commercial contractor from a residential operator taking on the occasional larger job — and we got to do it in our own backyard.
