Commercial - our work
Real projects. Real buildings. Real scope.
Anyone can say they do commercial work. Here is the work: a six-story parking garage, two school districts, a senior living portfolio, an oil spill cleared before a shopping center opened, and a grease spill cleared the morning it was called in.
Case studies
Each one is a real project with a real constraint. The constraint is usually the interesting part.
-
6-story parking garage, Mueller District
Subcontracted by Novo Construction at 4655 Mueller Blvd. Phased across all six levels around an active site, with deck-safe methods, delivered on the GC's schedule.
-
Playground tire marks, Blanco ISD
A Saturday afternoon call through E3 Entegral Solutions: construction tire marks across a white top playground, students returning Thursday. Crew on site Monday, marks lifted, coated surface intact.
-
District-wide cleaning, Dripping Springs ISD
Building washing, window cleaning and sidewalk cleaning across multiple campuses for our own school district, scheduled around students and staff and documented for public accountability.
-
Multi-property windows, senior living operator
A recurring window cleaning program across multiple communities for a national operator, coordinated around residents and staff, low-profile enough that nobody has to think about it.
-
Urgent oil spill, South Austin shopping center
Oil across three parking spaces at a center off Slaughter Lane for GW Partners. Worked from 6am so the spaces were safe and back in service before the first tenant unlocked.
-
Same-day grease spill, Blanco
Premier Grease Recycling called at 8am with a spill behind the Dairy Queen in Blanco. A crew was found and routed that morning, on site by 10:45 and clear by 12:15.
-
Overnight service bays, Sames Bastrop
Oil and tire marks in the bays, plus customer seating areas, cleaned after the department closed. A lot with poor drainage meant finishing meant finishing dry. Twice to date.
-
Restaurant handover, John King Construction
White limestone soft washed to clear black organic growth, sidewalks and lot surface cleaned, worked early around the other trades. The second restaurant we have handed over for this builder.
-
Custom home handover, John Siemering Custom Homes
Back patios, driveways and garage floors on a finished house. The garage slabs had been the paint and drywall station for months, so the dried mud came off at high pressure rather than with chemistry. The third project for this builder.
